Our honey is produced in the Central Otago High Country Onslow area which is 2000 feet above sea level. This spectacular unspoiled landscape has natural grasslands and provides the perfect environment to grow high grade white clover.
From this, we produce our natural honey – no blending, filtering or heat needed, its straight from the clover. In the winter we bring our hives down to the lower altitude and milder conditions on the banks of the mighty Clutha River.
