Thyme. The strong flavor of thyme honey is delicious and when used in a savoury dish it enhances the savoury and sweet notes but adds a real punch so add gradually! It is a member of the mint family, and the aroma and flavor of thyme honey are herbal and distinctive.
Our honey is from thyme flowers from the hills and valleys in Central Otago. The pristine New Zealand, South Island countryside produces some of the worlds best thyme honey.
